Ok, so it’s not quite an adventure, and it’s a very easy to follow pattern as it is just cross stitches, but I’m really happy with how it’s coming a long, even if I’m not happy with my progress (a mix of laziness and work). I love this pattern by riverdrifthouse, and the kit came with everything except the embroidery hoop (which I got really cheap from ebay). The only problem is finding something to do with it once it’s finished – I hate making something that then doesn’t have a use – I have too much to dust and clean as it is! I think I’ll make a 2012 scrap book with this as the front cover – I already have a scrap book perfect for the purpose. If I remember, I’ll post a pic of the finished articles!
